Who is responsible

ALPINNO GmbH, Acherhofstrasse 27, 6430 Schwyz, Switzerland, is responsible for the processing described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the secure contact form on the main website.

Website delivery

This website is hosted through GitHub Pages. When the website is requested, GitHub and its infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested resources, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs. This processing is necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website.

Aggregate website analytics

With the visitor's permission, ALPINNO uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, including visits, viewed pages or sections, referral sources, approximate region, device type, session statistics and engagement. Google Analytics is not loaded until analytics permission is granted. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website configuration. The information is used to improve the website and understand general interest in ALPINNO's services.

Contact enquiries

When you use the contact form, ALPINNO processes the details you provide, such as your name, work email, organisation, selected topic and message, to assess and respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes the information on ALPINNO's behalf.

Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably required to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or legally privileged information through the initial contact form.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you join the ALPINNO interest list, the subscription is managed through Brevo. Your email address and subscription status may be used to communicate selected ALPINNO insights, AIdea™ developments, events or collaboration opportunities. A double opt-in confirmation is required, and every message provides an unsubscribe option. Subscription information is retained until you unsubscribe or the list is discontinued, subject to limited records needed to demonstrate the subscription choice.

External links and processors

The website links to LinkedIn but does not embed LinkedIn content. Visiting an external link is governed by that provider's own privacy practices. GitHub, Google, Formspree and Brevo may process information in countries outside Switzerland. ALPINNO selects and configures providers with attention to appropriate data-protection safeguards.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics permission is granted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and retain session state. If permission is declined, Google Analytics is not loaded. The choice is stored locally in the visitor's browser and can be changed through Analytics settings in the website footer.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request information about personal data concerning you and ask for inaccurate information to be corrected or for information to be deleted or restricted.
